A well-established main contractor in Monaghan is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with 1–2 years post-graduate experience to join their commercial team on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside some of the best professionals in the industry, gaining hands-on exposure across live projects while developing under experienced senior leadership.
The Role
* Assist with cost planning and budget management
* Support procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
* Manage valuations, variations and interim payments
* Contribute to cost reporting and financial control
* Work closely with site and project teams to ensure commercial success
The Ideal Candidate
* 1–2 years post-graduate QS experience
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
* Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
* Ambitious and eager to progress within a structured environment
* Full driving licence
