Job Title:
Financial Operations Director

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth
* Lead a team of finance professionals to manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Reporting and Analysis:
* Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including monthly management accounts and annual financial statements
* Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to improve financial performance
* Oversee the development and implementation of financial systems and processes
Internal Audit and Compliance:
* Coordinate and lead internal audit processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the organization's financial health and stability
Continuous Improvement:
* Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes and systems
Requirements:
* ACA, ACCA, FCA, or CPA qualified with 5+ years PQE
* Proven experience in leading financial teams and managing complex financial projects
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
