Job Opportunity for HR Graduate
We are offering a unique chance for an ambitious individual to develop their skills and expertise in Human Resources. This role will consist of two rotations, one within our centres of excellence in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Engagement, and one supporting our teams in Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing essential support to the implementation of global initiatives including Talent Management, Culture and Engagement, Talent Acquisition and Development.
* Offering ongoing support to teams operationally in multiple sites or networks.
* Supporting end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including (but not limited to); new hires, leaves of absence, contractual changes (hours, level, salary and benefits), secondments and leavers.
Requirements:
* High academic record to date in HR or Business with a minimum of a 2.2 honours degree.
* HR internship experience is a distinct advantage.
* Ambition to progress successfully in a career in HR in an exciting and challenging environment.
