Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, utilising experience, industry knowledge, tools, and technology to solve complex challenges.
• Develop business strategies aligned to overall organisational and service line targets by identifying opportunities, capitalising on stakeholder relationships, and building sales pipelines.
• Lead projects ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables, delivering value to clients and managing project and service line commercials.
• Foster team members by identifying strengths, coaching, and proposing changes to ways of working as appropriate.
• Establish subject matter expertise on workforce transformation topics through research and experience to bring leading market insights to clients.
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in Consulting or a dynamic HR environment.
• Experience in HR/workforce transformation projects such as workforce strategy, workforce design, strategic workforce planning, job and career architecture, leadership, learning, talent strategies, skills, and HR initiatives.
• Significant experience in successful business development initiatives, relationship management, and strategic planning to drive growth and achieve organisational objectives.
• Experience leading on strategic projects ideally in a consulting organisation, or as an internal Consultant or HR professional in a large organisation.
• Exceptional communication and people skills, ability to engage with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels in an organisation.
• Strong analytical skills (MS Excel, Tableau, Macros, and/or Access to analyse data).
