Job Title: Retail Operations Manager
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Operations Manager to join their team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and optimizing store operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at all times.
- Drive sales in the department, implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

- Ensure customer service levels are consistently high, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

- Monitor department overheads, ensuring costs are controlled and budgets are met.
- Manage staff rotas, ensuring the right people are in place to maintain operational standards while controlling labor costs.
- Conduct regular staff appraisals and be part of the recruitment process for the company.
