This role will design, deliver, and continuously improve sales training programs for our sales teams.
The successful candidate will work closely with sales leadership, field enablement, and product marketing to ensure our salesforce is equipped with the skills, tools, and knowledge needed to achieve revenue targets and drive customer success.
About The Role
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Trainer to facilitate Notion's Sales Boot Camp for all new hires in our organization. The ideal candidate will manage ongoing enablement initiatives, including product knowledge, sales methodology, and tool adoption. They will also design, implement, and maintain the sales training calendar, collaborating with sales leadership, product marketing, and revenue operations teams to surface insights and patterns observed. Additionally, they will lead high-quality certification programs to ensure our sales teams can deliver relevant messaging, develop outbound strategies, and conduct customer-centric meetings. Furthermore, they will measure, monitor, and communicate enablement effectiveness using key business metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring 6-10 years of enterprise SaaS sales enablement experience, including:
• 4+ years facilitating training programs
• 2+ years building or scaling field enablement programs
• 2+ years in a related field like L&D, RevOps, or Sales
You should be an experienced facilitator who has owned, designed, and refined onboarding boot camps across diverse roles while maintaining relevance and engagement for all participants. You should also have a demonstrated track record of creating engaging content efficiently using AI tools, short-form videos, podcasts, and activity-based training materials, with measurable results. Strong executive presence, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and stakeholder management abilities are essential. Additionally, you should have a clear understanding of B2B sales cycles, strategies, and buyers, as well as proficiency and ability to coach proven sales methodologies.
