Overview
Job Summary & Scope: This role involves developing and executing effective technological software solutions for our customers.
As a Solutions Engineer, you will craft competitive solutions in the Smart Technologies space, including RFID and Print Solutions, build strong relationships internally and externally, and advocate for our full portfolio of technological solutions and services to key customer contacts.
You'll help craft new solutions, test them, and roll out products that provide innovative, machine vision solutions for retail or logistics challenges.
You'll need to be proactive in problem solving and understand the sales process, including how development time is billed, to influence the relevant sales team on pricing and time estimates for projects.

What You'll Be Doing
Conduct feasibility studies using machine vision software.
Assist in project specifications and estimate smart technology, particularly RFID, projects.
Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements, challenges, and objectives.
Provide tailored solutions and recommendations to address customer needs effectively.
Deep dive into their needs by asking questions and identifying opportunities.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of the company's offerings.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams (such as Software Engineers) to design custom solutions that align with customer requirements and objectives.
Develop proposals, technical documentation, and other materials to support the sales process.
Collaborate with Engineers to ensure product specifications are aligned with customer needs, scalable, and up to date with latest tech requirements.
About You
Full, clean driving licence and ability to travel.
Passport that allows travel across Europe.
Passionate about new technologies and open-minded to learning and trying new smart tech.
Excellent customer-facing and presenting skills.
