About the Role
As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing complex solutions for high-profile data centre projects and leading on some fascinating initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Engineering Team Leadership - Provide sound technical design support on mechanical building services engineering disciplines, ensuring project requirements and clients' specifications are fully met.
2. Project Delivery - Produce budgets based on client specifications and monitor spend to ensure projects are delivered within budget and schedule.
3. Coaching & Mentoring - Responsible for the performance and development of others, providing guidance, training, motivational feedback.
