Export Sales Administrator
Our client who specialises in the development, manufacture and marketing of natural product is looking to recruit an Export Sales Administrator. The successful candidate will be working in a dynamic fast paced environment. MUST have logistic/export documentation, Stock Management, Quality Administration experience.

About Your New Job as Export Sales Administrator
* Process orders
* Responsible for Export documentation, custom clearance
* Coordinate with the sales dept. and shipping companies.
* Arrange credit notes and Certs of Origin
* Track order on their internal system.
* Ensure relevant export documentation is in order
* Liaising with freight forwarders to ensure orders are despatched in line with production schedules and customer deadlines.
* Working alongside with Warehouse in controlling orders against available stock on site and forecasting of incoming stock. Aligning customer requirements with available stock on a priority basis.
* Ability to oversee the quality standards and requirements of dispatching the finished food products out of their UK based facilities to theircustomer sites across the globe are met.
What Skills You Need as Export Sales Administrator
* 3-5 years’ experience in the export process environment
* 3-5 years’ experience in a Customer Service facing role.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
* Similar experience within a Food and / or Agriculture Sector is a must
* Stock Management experience essential
* Professional manner and attitude when dealing with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
* Excellent administrative skills
* Planning and scheduling ability
* Proficiency in MS Suite, in particular excel.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ERP system an advantage.
* Time Management skills
