Procurement Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain purchasing programs and processes to optimize inventory management and reduce costs.
* Monitor supplier performance, implement corrective actions as needed, and work closely with logistics to optimize inbound freight charges and associated physical storage and movement costs.
* Support strategic procurement initiatives in areas of supplier selection, dual sourcing, risk management, and part transfers.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Logistics, or related discipline.
* Minimum 5 years professional experience in inventory management/buying function within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong leadership skills, including team building, coaching/mentoring, and succession planning.
* Broad knowledge of procurement methods, tools, processes, and reports.
