Develop a high-performing operations team with a strong focus on individual growth and business success through people.
Support operational teams to drive performance across all service streams, particularly retail and hospitality.

Develop long-term trusting relationships with clients and potential future clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maximise commercial opportunities.
* Demonstrated ability to manage, train, and support a team.
* Financially and commercially astute.
* Previous experience in an Operations Director or Senior Operations Manager role ideally in Foodservice or Hospitality.
* Strong understanding of report writing and financial management.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a diverse team and work with stakeholders at all levels.
