Arcon Recruitment is currently expanding and we are seeking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Castlebar, Co. Mayo.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with both clients and candidates across a range of sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
Source, screen and interview candidates
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Develop new business opportunities
Match candidates with suitable roles
Maintain accurate CRM and candidate records
About You
Experience in recruitment, sales or a customer-facing role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated and target-driven
Positive, professional and team-oriented
