Process Management
* Establish, manage, and continuously refine a structured design folder system to ensure traceable, accurate, and well-organised design documentation.
* Maintain and update the company's material database to ensure accurate specification and efficient procurement processes.
* Oversee design reviews at all key stages to ensure quality, accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Liaise directly with clients, architects, consultants, and internal teams to interpret requirements and develop compliant, cost-effective modular solutions.
* Support pre-construction and commercial teams with early-stage design input, feasibility assessments, and tender support.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture or a related discipline.
* A minimum of 10 years' experience working with CAD software, including the development of detailed technical drawings and coordinated models.
* At least 5 years' experience within the modular construction sector.
