Looking for a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as an Assistant Brand Manager!
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work on the marketing and sales of a leading food brand, driving growth and profitability in international markets.
* Assist in developing annual brand plans that deliver strategic growth objectives.
* Support brand guardianship, ensuring all creative output adheres to brand guidelines.
* Work closely with the Commercial team to build and execute effective trade marketing plans.
* Manage consumer complaints and enquiries, responding promptly and reporting monthly trends.
* Collaborate with the innovation team to research product innovation opportunities and prepare business cases.
* Track and analyse campaign results with media and PR agencies.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, marketing, arts, or food-related discipline).
* Experience in CPG brand marketing or a related field.
* Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on-time and on-budget.
* Success in managing external creative and media agencies.
* Sales and/or marketing experience in the FMCG sector, preferably with international exposure.
