This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Commercial Manager to join our team in Ireland. As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the commercial strategy for our business, focusing on growth and value creation.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess Excellent Leadership Skills, Strong Business Acumen, and a Proven Track Record in Commercial Development. They Will Be Able to Provide Clear Direction to the Team and Stakeholders, Ensure Risk and Lifetime Costs Are Central to All Activities, and Develop and Implement Innovative Solutions to Maximize Value Creation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the commercial development activities across the renewable energy sector, including acquisitions, disposals, partnership transactions, and innovative route-to-market opportunities.
* Develop and implement robust techno-commercial appraisals to identify new and innovative commercial opportunities for existing and new technologies.
* Take a lead role in the decision-making process during the key stages of project maturation, including development stage, procurement strategies, project financing, pre-construction activities, Investment Case Approval, start of construction, and start of operations.
* Ensure that the pipeline of projects (greenfield & acquisitions) are progressed in accordance with prescribed project governance frameworks for effective decision making and in accordance with all business policies and procedures.

Communication Skills: Clearly articulating complex issues and proposed resolutions, providing data and utilizing it to support and explain the problem statement and solution.
