The Data Management Group assumes responsibility for the research, update, and maintenance of all static data in our database related to funds and transfer agents. The main purpose of this role is to set up new funds, review and investigate all incoming queries, and maintain fund rules on both our Vestima & Vestima Prime Platforms. Additionally, the role involves capturing Agent Codes and setting up new Trading Chains on Vestima.
This position requires investigation and problem-solving skills, ensuring all requests are responded to in a timely and accurate manner.
Your Responsibilities
1. Set up new funds and maintain fund information on Vestima & Vestima Prime Platforms.
2. Set up and maintain Administrator and Transfer Agent Information.
3. Source Agent Codes and set up Trading Chains on Vestima for Client Portfolios & BAU cases.
4. Promptly and professionally address all client queries.
5. Liaise with Transfer Agents and Clients to resolve complex cases.
6. Ensure only accurate information received from the market is updated in our systems.
7. Work effectively to tight deadlines, demonstrating accuracy and initiative.
Your Profile
1. At least 1 year's experience in the funds industry.
2. Third-level qualification in Business, Accounting, or Finance-related area.
3. Proficient in MS Office Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access.
4. Proactive with the ability to work independently.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
9. Ability to take responsibility and demonstrate results orientation.
10. Ability to think integratively, plan, and organize effectively.
11. Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
12. Proficient across multiple Core Systems and local applications.
