Job Title:
Scheduling Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate client scheduling and staff deployment ensuring maximum efficiency.
* Primary liaison for clients, family, nurses, and caregivers for scheduling and roster information to prevent miscommunication.
* Fully comply with company standards and policies before placing staff with clients to maintain a high level of service quality.
* Ensure all 'active' staff are fully compliant with payroll policies and procedures to avoid any discrepancies.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar position such as Scheduling Coordinator or Staffing Manager.
- Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively interact with clients and staff.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and staff.
