Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Funds Lawyer to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our Irish Funds and Investment Management Group, you will be responsible for advising clients on the structuring, establishment, and operation of Irish fund products.
You will work closely with our team to review transaction documentation from an Irish law perspective, prepare and draft fund documentation and agreements, manage transactions efficiently, engage in business development activities, and supervise junior lawyers' work.
Requirements:
* A minimum of two years' post-qualification experience as an investment funds lawyer within a top-tier law firm is essential.
* A strong academic background with excellent written communication and drafting skills is required.
* Ongoing technical expertise together with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues is expected.
