About This Role:
We are seeking an Administrator to join our team in a full-time, office-based role. You will work closely with supervisors in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for allocating jobs, creating job packs, and updating internal systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Allocating jobs and supporting the scheduling team
* Creating job packs and updating internal records
* Handling customer and internal queries promptly and professionally
* Supporting daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow across the team
About You:
To succeed in this role, you should have strong administrative experience, ideally within a fast-moving environment. You must be confident using computer systems and updating records accurately, possess excellent communication and organisational skills, and be a proactive team player with a can-do attitude.
