Job Description

Role - We are seeking experienced MIG Welders to join our client's skilled manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable company that values quality craftsmanship, innovation, and employee development. As a MIG Welder, you will weld mild steel components to precise specifications as part of manufacturing high-quality agricultural equipment in a supportive team environment with opportunities for training and career progression.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform MIG/MAG welding on metal fabrication projects to high standards
* Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
* Conduct quality checks to ensure work meets required specifications
* Maintain welding equipment and work areas in good condition
* Follow all health and safety procedures
* Work collaboratively to meet production targets
* Identify and report defects, issues, or safety concerns promptly
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience as a MIG/MAG Welder in manufacturing or engineering
* Strong MIG welding skills producing high-quality welds
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
