Job Description
The successful candidates will work as part of the factory processing team producing meat to fulfil productiontargets on a daily and weekly basis. Successful candidates will be required to work in all areas of the factorywhere the duties will include the following:
1. Work on own initiative and as part of a team.
2. Meet production targets.
3. Work a shift schedule
4. Will be required to work across all areas of the meat processing plant.
5. Physical role with lifting and carrying techniques.
6. Dressing profil the slaughtered animal. Removing the skin without damaging the carcass.
7. Moving the carcasses around the meat areas, without damaging the meat Batteries, and putting them on to aproduction line.
8. Using tools such as knives and saws
9. Overseeing automated processing equipment.
10. Working on an disassembly line
11. Other similar activities onsite.
