About Us
Erris Coast Hotel is a welcoming and well-established hotel located along the stunning Wild Atlantic Way.
We pride ourselves on warm hospitality, excellent food, and memorable guest experiences.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Food & Beverage Manager to lead our restaurant, bar, events, and overall F&B operations.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and motivated F&B Manager with a passion for service excellence, strong operational leadership, and proven experience managing weddings and events.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can motivate a team and consistently uphold high standards across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of bar, restaurant, breakfast service, and events
Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver outstanding service
Ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience across all outlets
Manage weddings and events from planning stages to flawless delivery
Work closely with the head chef to maintain menu quality and consistency
Manage rotas, staffing levels, recruitment, and ongoing team development
Oversee stock control, ordering, budgeting, and cost management
Ensure full compliance with health & safety and HACCP standards
Handle guest feedback professionally and effectively
Report to senior management and support the strategic growth of the business
Requirements
Previous experience as an F&B Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or busy hospitality venue
Strong experience managing weddings and large events
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Highly organised, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on, proactive approach with strong attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
