About the Role
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide top-notch customer service and respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.
* Ensure all reservation queries are handled efficiently and within the required timeframe.
* Stay knowledgeable about department products, goals, and resort facilities.
To maximize occupancy and revenue, you will work closely with reception to resolve guest billing queries, process no-shows, and compile daily reports.
In this role, you will also provide administrative support for Revenue Functions, ensuring excellent yield management and e-commerce visibility.
