Business Development Manager Job Description
The Business Development Manager role is a key position within our organization, responsible for driving growth and expansion through strategic partnerships, market research, and sales execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients and partners, and deliver tailored solutions aligned with our offerings.

Sales Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to design and implement sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue goals, negotiate and close deals to achieve targets.

Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners, serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, and conduct regular meetings to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Market Analysis: Perform market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights, recommend new markets, products, or services to support business expansion, and monitor competitor activities.

Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions, prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights for management, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar field (35 years minimum).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal abilities.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, excellent negotiation, presentation, and networking skills, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems, with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central being an advantage.

Self-motivated and results-driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
