Committed to values such as safety, integrity, and environmental responsibility, EJ in Ireland plays a vital role in delivering efficient and innovative solutions.Department:Composite DepartmentReporting to:Composite Production SupervisorWorking Hours:Monday to Friday Evening shift 13:30 – 21:30.Key Responsibilities:· Maintaining Health & Safety as EJ's No.1 priority· Operating machinery to produce covers· Loading raw materials· Achieve production targets set by management· Recording production data (targets, scrap weights etc)· Monitoring finished parts and reporting defects to Quality Control· Operating all equipment as per company Standard Operating Procedures· Operation of counterbalance forklift and pedestrian pallet truck· Maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.· Other reasonable and related duties as required by the Production SupervisorRequirements:· Strong attention to detail.· Ability to understand and operate specific machinery· Basic Computer Skills, May be needed to operate certain machines or systems· Have a willingness to learn and work as part of a team.· Good work ethic and desire to meet and exceed production targets.· Capable of working on your own initiative.· Able to follow Health and Safety procedures.· 1-2 years of previous work experience in a production environment preferred but not essential.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €15.97 per hourBenefits:Company eventsEmployee assistance programOn-site parkingPrivate medical insuranceWellness programWork Location: In person
