Job Title: Executive Chef
Salary: €65,000 + Bonus

Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a high-performing kitchen team, promoting a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence
* Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including service, food quality, hygiene, staffing, and supplier management
* Take full ownership of menu design, costing, and innovation in line with seasonal trends and guest expectations
* Ensure full compliance with HACCP, health & safety, and internal audit standards
* Manage kitchen budgets, food GP, payroll, and inventory to achieve financial targets
* Collaborate with senior management on strategy, training, and hotel-wide initiatives
* Support brand visibility through food-led content and a strong presence in kitchen leadership
Requirements
* Proven experience as an Executive or Head Chef in a 4* hotel or similar environment
* Strong leadership, team development, and communication skills
* Advanced knowledge of food trends, cost control, and kitchen operations
* Full understanding of HACCP and food safety legislation
* Hands-on, solutions-focused approach with a high standard of personal professionalism
