Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and deliver the end-to-end change management strategy for the D365 F&O programmeConduct change impact assessments across business units and functionsDevelop and execute stakeholder engagement and communication plansPartner with functional and project teams to ensure business readiness at each phaseSupport the design and delivery of training and adoption activitiesIdentify change risks and resistance, and implement mitigation strategiesTrack and report on change adoption metrics and user readiness What We're Looking ForProven experience as a Change Manager on large ERP implementations (D365 preferred, SAP/Oracle also considered)Strong understanding of business process change across Finance and/or OperationsExperience working in complex, multi-stakeholder transformation programmesConfident engaging with senior stakeholders and business leadersFamiliarity with structured change methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR, or similar )Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Location & Working ModelThis is ahybrid role, with2–3 days per week onsitein eitherLimerick or Dublin(depending on your location), and the remainder remote.
