About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team as a strategic partner in Belfast. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive people strategies aligned with business goals.
This role is perfect for an ambitious HR professional looking to step into a more strategic, partnering position. As a strategic partner, you will work closely with operational leaders to provide professional, pragmatic and solutions-focused support across a broad range of people matters.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
* Providing trusted advice to managers on all HR matters, ensuring alignment with company policies and employment law
* Partnering with line managers to support workforce planning, development and engagement initiatives
* Leading or supporting employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances and absence management
* Driving continuous improvement in HR processes and supporting change management activity
* Supporting recruitment and onboarding efforts, ensuring the right talent is attracted and retained
* Collaborating with the wider HR team on key projects and business-wide initiatives
The ideal candidate will have solid generalist HR experience, a strong working knowledge of NI employment legislation, and demonstrable experience supporting line managers and influencing stakeholders. A CIPD qualification (Level 5) is also required.
