In this role you will get a broad look across their operations and support across the business in a variety of ways, building fantastic experience and gathering great insights and understanding how everything comes together
Your Role:
* Review new business applications
* Liaise with and build strong relationships across the broker network
* Oversee the end-to-end claims process
* Lead initiatives to support the business with process improvements
About You:
* Must have
Life Insurance experience
* Must have a relevant professional qualification - QFA, CIP, APA etc
* Strong understanding of the insurance and pensions markets
* Have a customer first approach
* Adaptable and have an ability to multi-task
* Strong stakeholder/relationship management
