Salary: €40k-€45k DOE

Key Responsibilities of this Assistant Manager :
1. Support the Store Manager in leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet performance targets.
2. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain high store standards, and manage stock levels and deliveries.
3. Drive sales by implementing effective strategies and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
4. Motivate, train, and develop staff to perform at their best and foster a positive working environment.
5. Ensure the store operates within health and safety guidelines and company policies.
What We're Looking For in an Assistant Manager :
6. Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a retail setting is essential.
7. A natural leader with excellent communication, motivation, and team-building abilities.
8. A focus on achieving sales targets and operational efficiency.
