Job Description

The TDS Data, Delivery & Integration (DDI) group enables efficient and effective program delivery of the dealer's major, cross-functional initiatives. The EU/APAC DDI team within TDS Data, Delivery and Integration department and will serve as a centralized function for managing the intake, assessment, prioritization, planning, and implementation processes surrounding TD Global Finance (TDGF) and TDS Europe (London Branch).

The EU/APAC DDI team will partner closely with stakeholder groups from across the organization including (but not limited to) Operations,pliance, Technology, Market Risk to drive and deliver on initiatives that enable business growth andpliance with global regulatory initiatives in an efficient and effective way while managing the risks associated with large scale programs.

The Vice President will report directly to the Director within the EU/APAC DDI team and will provide oversight, supervision, and leadership to initiatives managed out of the Dublin office. They are responsible for driving new business initiatives, regulatory change, innovation, andmercial awareness within the region. The trusted candidate will be someone that can build relationships, and provide leadership and direction, in partnership with business and executive stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key end-to-end deliverables in alignment with business strategies and/or regulatory needs by leveraging proven Change Delivery methodologies.

Additional job accountabilities:

1. Assist regional executives manage the intake and funding process for new initiatives
2. Provide regional executives with connectivity to broader Change Delivery team in other regions
3. Ensure end-to-end delivery of locally managed projects
4. Work in close partnership with all project stakeholders to align plans, timelines, expectations and deliverables to meet project's objectives
5. Use negotiation and influencing skills to build consensus amongst diverse stakeholder groups to ensure project deliverables are met
6. Ensure projects are delivered based on agreed scope, agreed timeline and approved budget
7. Manage resolution of issues and risks effectively and if required ensures timely escalation of the issues and risks
8. Manage project financials, including monthly variance analysis, program benefits and on-going costs
9. Create and maintainprehensive project management artifacts inpliance with Change Delivery methodologies, in alignment with agile delivery practices.
10. Considered as a subject matter expert on practices, procedures and principles of project management; preference to use of Agile
11. Manage projects through Project Management Life Cycle including Start Well (Planning), Manage Well (Control) and End Well (Execution and Closure)
12. Exercise discretion in managing correspondence and information, escalating issues where appropriate
13. Managemunications to: Program Delivery Leadership team, impacted stakeholders and Control Partners
Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

14. 5+ years experience in a change delivery role within the Capital Markets space with demonstrated experience leading diverse,plex initiatives and with preference for candidates with strong experience leading regulatory programs with infrastructure implementation
15. Keen interest for candidates with: Previous experience supporting and implementing credit institution uplift, experiencing leading regulatory projects with CBI/ECB, Implementation/change management of AnaCredit Reporting in Capital Markets
16. Strong working knowledge with project management tools, such as, Confluence, JIRA, Clarity and Tableau
17. Ability to learn quickly and develop a strong understanding of processes at TD and specific projects to effectively support subject matter experts inpleting tasks
18. Ability to connect stakeholders across functions that may require collaboration to deliver on the overall project.
19. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
20. Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills, and attention to detail
21. Demonstrates superior inter-personal skills, conflict resolution, and negotiating skills
22. Pro-active in developing and implementing strategies that significantly mitigate risk
23. Proven ability to lead organizational change management activities within a project
24. Experience in a largeplex / matrix organization
25. Demonstrated leadership ability
26. Flexible and able to quickly adapt to unfamiliar, ambiguous or changing conditions
27. Excellent analytical, problem solving, and relationship management skills
28. Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects as and when required
Specific Education Requirements:

29. University degree or equivalent
30. PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM or CSP designation an asset
