Lead Research Chemist for Cell and Gene Therapy Innovations
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Chemist to drive product development from concept to commercialization, ensuring ISO & GMP compliance in our R&D projects. You will lead scientific input for grant proposals, fundraising, and business plan development alongside our commercial team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Supervise laboratory activities on a day-to-day basis, ensuring high-quality execution of experiments while maintaining ISO/GMP compliance.
2. Develop innovative nano- and microparticle technologies that support cell and gene therapy workflows.
3. Oversight of quality management systems, including design validation analytical methods, workflows, and QC protocols.
4. Collaboration with the CEO, CSO, R&D Team on KOL engagement and product development strategies.
The ability to take ownership of your work is crucial as you will be tasked with driving continuous improvement in lab practices and quality systems.
