You will take responsibility for managing and optimising the end-to-end supply chain. In this role, youll coordinate across production, purchasing, warehousing and dispatch to ensure smooth operations and product availability that meets customer demand. Youll play a key part in driving efficiency and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Collaborate with sales and operations teams to create accurate forecasts and optimise demand planning processes. Build and maintain production plans, track progress and manage MRP to ensure materials and resources align with demand. Keep stock records accurate, minimise shortages or excess and assist with audits and cycle counts. Work closely with warehouse and transport teams to guarantee timely and complete deliveries. Monitor supplier and production lead times, address bottlenecks proactively Serve as the first point of contact for supply chain challenges. Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce costs, improve customer service and maintain compliance with company standards. Requirements Experience in supply chain, planning or purchasing. Strong proficiency in MRP/ERP systems and advanced Excel skills. Proven track record in inventory control, forecasting and supplier relationship management. Background in fast-paced or multi-site production operations. Familiarity with continuous improvement practices. Highly self-motivated and proactive in managing priorities and solving problems. Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational and analytical capabilities. Composed and solutions-oriented when working under pressure. Effective collaborator, able to work across multiple teams and functions. Results-driven with a focus on achieving business objectives.
