A busy proactive and dynamic Pharmacy in North Dublin is looking to recruit an individual to join our team on a full-time basis to work in front of shop and Over the Counter (OTC) medicines who possesses the following skill sets:Good communication skills and works well within a team environmentPossesses enthusiasm, good attitude and self-motivation to workHave a caring nature for others.Roles & Responsibilities To professionally serve OTC medicines and other pharmacy products to customers with the appropriate knowledge and care. Maintain good stock levels, stock rotation and control. To be responsible for the purchase and receipt and booking in of stock. Have knowledge of Visual Merchandising and pharmacy promotions. Till duties and cash handling. Be prepared to undertake pharmacy household duties, to ensure the store is kept to a high standard.Skills, Qualifications and Experience A good knowledge and understanding of community pharmacy to include OTC medicines, vitamins and supplements. A professional attitude with the ability to serve the customer in a caring and confidential manner. A preference to a minimum 1 year previously working in community pharmacy preferable but retail experience essential. Knowledge of pharmacy purchasing to include ROI using EPOS systems. Be able to show friendliness, kindness and compassion. Someone who is positive, committed, loyal and an excellent communicator. Have great interpersonal and team player skills. Previous skincare and cosmetic experience would be advantageous. IT experience to include EPOS and social media skills.
