Ward & Burke are seeking a highly organised and proactive Plant & Equipment Administrator to support the management, maintenance, and logistical coordination of plant and equipment used across civil engineering projects in the South-West.Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate records of all plant and equipment, including ownership, location, usage, maintenance schedules, and certifications.Schedule and track routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Liaise with internal teams to manage equipment hire, procurement, and servicing.Ensure all documentation (e.g., manuals, service records, safety certificates) is up to date and accessible.Requirements:Strong organisational and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Plant / fleet / construction knowledge is desirable but not essential.Base / Location:CharlevilleJob Type: Full-timePay: €30,000.00-€40,000.00 per yearWork Location: In personApplication deadline: 25/08/2025Reference ID: IRECHPLAD_147
