This role is working onsite for one of their key clients based in central Dublin. As a level 1 Service Desk Analyst your role will play a vital role as the first point of contact for IT-related queries across the organisation. You will provide initial triage, basic troubleshooting, and escalate more complex issues to senior team members. What we are looking for: Must have supported Microsoft Office 365 Windows 10/11 Have helped end users with password resets and account access issues Set up setup of new devices (laptops, monitors, phones) Active Directory Strong communication with users. Previously supported in a L1 IT Support capacity, assisting with the above. Nice to have: ServiceNow if not they will provide training.
