Key Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled Finance Assistant to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess one year's experience in accounts and payroll, with confidence in utilizing Xero, Dext, and Bright Pay.

Duties include raising and sending invoices to customers, processing supplier invoices, running monthly payroll using Bright Pay, uploading receipts on Dext, reconciling accounts in Xero, and assisting with general finance administration.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for helping out with reports and month-end tasks as needed.

Requirements:

* One year's experience in a finance/payroll role.
* Proficiency in using Xero, Dext, and Bright Pay.
* A solid understanding of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll.
* Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
* Organized and reliable.
* Friendly, proactive, and keen to learn.

Bonus Points:

* AAT qualification or working towards one.
* Comfortable using Excel.
