Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our payroll operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely payments, maintaining compliance, and providing clear payroll guidance to employees.
You will work closely with the Manpower Planning & Recruitment teams to ensure accurate employee data, collaborate with the Commercial department to ensure quotations and purchase orders are in place and maintained, and provide evidence where needed to support collection of customer debt.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to maintain focus and productivity in fast-paced environments, and possess a proactive approach to administration.
