Senior Engineer – Hybrid
A well-established Main Building Contractor is seeking a Senior Engineer to work on a Conservation Restoration Project in Mountjoy Square, Dublin (Northside inner City).
Duties:
Ensure the accuracy and precision of calculations, plans, technical drawings, and quantity take-offs to align with project specifications.
Review, interpret, and coordinate design documentation received from clients, architects, and consultants, ensuring seamless integration into project execution.
Collaborate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, site supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and project teams to ensure smooth project progression.
Supervise and inspect groundworks and civil engineering activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Identify, assess, and resolve unforeseen technical challenges on-site, proactively implementing solutions to mitigate risks and delays.
Manage health, safety, and quality control measures on-site, ensuring strict adherence to compliance standards, including BCAR regulations and industry best practices.
Requirements:
3rd level degree in Engineering.
3+ Years of experience as a Senior Engineer.
Proficiency in use of Engineers Level, EDM/Total Station, AutoCad, GPS.
Package:
€85k-€95k.
