Our client is currently hiring aCompany Secretarybased inCavan. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Manage a portfolio of clients across various industries and backgrounds. Prepare and file statutory forms with the Companies Registration Office and Companies House. Produce documentation to facilitate the incorporation of companies. Prepare documentation relating to change of name applications and business name registrations, re-registrations and all areas of post-incorporation compliance. Prepare and submit stock transfer forms. To maintain Companies Statutory Registers and Records. Prepare and filing annual returns and uploading financial statements. Support the firm on all sides of company law, company secretarial practice and corporate governance. Coordinate the execution of legal documentation. Prepare reports for the management team. Requirements: CSA (Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators) qualification with 1 to 2 years experience, desirable not essential. Willing to undertake further learning via the Chartered Governance Institute qualification. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines. Ability to work on own initiative and to work as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
