Fresh Food Manager – Limerick Excel Recruitment are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fresh Food Manager to join our client's team in Limerick.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, a strong understanding of Fresh food operations, and the ability to lead a team to success.
Salary: €45k – €50k Responsibilities: Overseeing day-to-day operations of the fresh food department in store, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service Training and supervising staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company policies and procedures Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase profitability Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health and safety regulations Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner Managing budgets, expenses, and financial reporting for the outlet Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role within the fresh food or retail industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of health and safety regulations
