Vincent Finnegan Ltd is seeking an organised, professional and customer-focused Valuations Office Manager to join our growing team. This is a key role within our valuation department, coordinating valuation instructions and ensuring reports are processed accurately and efficiently within strict deadlines.
Abilities Required

Excellent spoken and written English
Ability to work in a methodical and highly accurate manner
Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Ability to read maps and plan travel routes
Punctual, reliable and dependable
Clear, professional and helpful telephone manner
Empathetic and understanding approach to clients

Job Requirements
Mortgage valuations are often the final requirement before purchasers can secure their new home. Probate valuations are requested by families dealing with bereavement.
Fair Deal valuations are often required when relatives are moving into nursing home care.
The successful candidate will deal with clients professionally, sensitively and with empathy.
Skills & Experience

Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience using Microsoft Office applications
Experience preparing presentations in PowerPoint
Excellent administrative and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail
Previous property, valuation or banking experience would be advantageous
