Base pay range Join a well known multinational in Cavan (hybrid) as Treasury Manager.
In this role you will work as an integral part of the Treasury team focusing on cash management, FX risk management, treasury systems and analytics.
This role will suit an ambitious and dynamic individual who is interested in developing their career within a successful growth focussed group and recognised treasury team.
Although based in Cavan, due to flexible hybrid many of the team are based in North Dublin.
Key Responsibilities of the Treasury Manager Responsible for managing trade finance instruments for the business Collaborate with global teams to issue trade transactions, reporting and monitoring Work with Treasurer on execution of funding activities Develop financial analysis for Group around cash flow reporting and forecasting, liquidity and stress scenario analysis Develop financial analysis for Group and maintain overview of FX exposures and Interest Rate risk exposures Implement secure payment processes for divisions all around the group Ensure compliance with internal controls, AML regulations and KYC requirements Counterparty Risk analysis Monitoring and reporting of bank interest and charges Interest accruals and actuals reporting and analysis Working Capital management analysis and reporting Develop and maintain corporate banking relationships and analyse business distribution Keep abreast of developments in the capital markets Developing and maintaining key relationship with all external parties Key requirements of the Treasury Manager A minimum of six year experience working as part of a treasury team or financial services team environment Highly motivated team player with a flexible attitude and the desire to drive improvement Strong emphasis on treasury products including capital markets and trade finance Have a deep appreciation for the importance of best practice procedures and controls Enjoy participating in projects and innovation initiatives and bring an inquisitive mindset to both Have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage across the treasury team, Strong academic record.
Corporate Treasury experience desirable.
The candidate will ideally be educated to degree level (or equivalent), and have or be close to completing a professional finance qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA/ACT).
