Kildare is seeking a detail-oriented Wedding & Events Coordinator to join its team.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to memorable celebrations, from initial enquiry through to event execution, within a premium venue setting.
Responsibilities Manage wedding and event enquiries from first contact through to completion.
Conduct venue show-arounds and work closely with clients to understand their vision.
Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure flawless execution of events.
Maintain administration and documentation including function sheets, seating plans and guest lists.
Support the planning and delivery of weddings, corporate events and private functions with a focus on quality.
Requirements Experience in event coordination or weddings within a hotel or venue environment.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Strong communication skills and professional presentation.
