Prepare detailed project proposals, timelines, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and external contractors to ensure project specifications are met. Monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to schedules and resource allocation as required. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess project status and compliance with safety standards. Manage stakeholder communication and expectations, providing regular updates on project status and developments. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery. Ensure that all work is completed in line with applicable regulatory standards and company policies. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Proven experience as a Civil Project Manager, with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, practices, and regulations. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Outstanding leadership and team management skills. Effective communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder engagement. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD) is preferred. Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
