Financial Operations Manager
Oversight of financial operations team, workload allocation, and team meetings with guidance and support.
* Reconcile bank statements, review reconciliations completed by the team.
* Credit applications, customer account management, overdue accounts, and effective follow-up strategies.
* Aged Debtors reports analysis, productivity and accuracy improvement, and AR policy enforcement.
Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with team members, customers, management, and other departments. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
Working knowledge of general accounting procedures, excellent Excel skills, and a solid understanding of AR processes and credit management principles.
