About Your New Job
Manage a diverse portfolio of personal and corporate clients.
Monitor portfolio performance metrics, including billing, collections, and work-in-progress.
Prepare and review tax returns for a varied client base.
Handle advisory projects across all tax areas, including corporate tax, income tax, capital gains tax, capital acquisitions tax, and VAT.
Develop and maintain client relationships, providing timely and efficient tax advice.
Collaborate closely with the Tax Director and Partners on tax projects.
Research tax technical issues.
Work alongside colleagues across the firm.
Mentor, coach, and evaluate staff, promoting a positive and growth-oriented team culture.
What Skills You Need
Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) qualification is essential; an Accountant qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) is desirable.
At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in a practice environment.
Minimum of 12 months' experience in a management role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
A proactive team player committed to ongoing professional development.
Proficiency in various taxation software and Microsoft Office.
