With flexible scheduling, you have the opportunity tobuild a work schedule that suits your lifestyle and commitments.*Salary -Base hourly rate: €18.54Sunday: Double TimeLive Nights: Time and QuarterBank Holiday: Triple TimeWhat You Will Do*To work within the framework of the overallobjectiveof Focus Ireland and the Focus Ireland values.To work on a relief basis as part of a team within the framework of the policies and procedures in place for the project or as directed by the project leader, assistant project leader or section manager.To work in close liaison and co-operation with other teams within Focus Ireland and other Statutory and Voluntary Agencies asdeemedappropriate.To record andmaintainrecords on a relief basis in relation to the project and individual clientsin accordance withstatutory requirements and health and safety legislation.To attend andparticipatein team, review and agency meetings asrequired.Toassistin the implementation of the settlement policies and strategies of Focus Ireland.To work in close liaison with and co-operate with other Focus Ireland projects.To undertake such other duties as might bereasonably assignedto you from time to time in consultation with the Project LeaderTo observer all Health, Safety and Welfare at Work regulations and notify management of any risks or concerns you may have in relation to sameWhat You Will NeedA relevant Third Level qualification at degree level i.e. social care, psychology, sociologyProven direct work experience in relief/part-time work in a social care settingExperience of supporting marginalised clients/groupsA working knowledge and understanding of Therapeutic Crisis Intervention modelSome experience of key working,assessmentsand care planningAbility to work well in a team environmentReliability and flexibilityExcellent report writing and IT skillsFocus Ireland is an equal opportunities employerThis role is subject to Garda Vetting and satisfactory reference checks**#FI3****
