Our esteemed client, a frontrunner in the insurance industry, is seeking a qualified and dedicated Accounts Receivable Analyst to fortify their finance team. This is a permanent position based in their state-of-the-art offices, designed for a professional committed to excellence in financial operations.
Role & Responsibilities
* Maintain daily cashbook records of bank receipts across multiple bank accounts and currencies
* Capture accurate and complete cash receipts in our underwriting system within pre-defined service level agreements (SLA's)
* Query resolution within the underwriting team, or direct with Brokers
* Build relationships to assist with query resolution
* Effective tracking of updates in relation to query resolution and collection status
* Working closely with the Underwriting Operations team to reconcile policies in the UW system
* Prepare, monitor, and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
* Ad hoc reconciliation and project work
* General administrative duties
Key Skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Excellent numerical abilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
* Proven ability to work to deadlines and SLA's
* Accurately capture and process data
* Team player but able to work towards individual targets
* Motivated and self-starter
* Previous experience of Eclipse UW is beneficial
