About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned software professional to join our team as a Mainstay Engineer.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining one or more Alpha/Charles River Development modules or components of an agile scrum team. This includes providing engineering troubleshooting assistance to customer support teams and other development teams within Charles River.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Analyzing, designing, developing, testing, and debugging large and complex software enhancements and solutions within Charles River's business and technical problem domains including modifications to core frameworks and other primary facilities critical to system operation;
* Collaborating with Business Analysts and Product Managers to create simple and sustainable software solutions for complex problems;
* Direct problem solving for projects or major phases of projects to resolve software technical issues;
